Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical field.
- Certifications related to fiber optics, tower safety, or project management (e.g., CIDB, TM FOA, GCP, PMP) are an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecommunication infrastructure projects, including involvement in site acquisition, tower erection, ducting/cabling, or fiber rollout.
- Familiar with GLC, government, or MCMC-regulated infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of telco infra components: telecommunication towers, smart poles, fiber optic networks, data nodes, and civil works.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings, site layout plans, BOQs, and as-built documentation.
- Competent in site supervision, vendor coordination, and quality inspection during project implementation.
- Understanding of regulatory approvals (MCMC, local councils, TNB, JKR) and utility coordination.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with vendors, consultants, government agencies, and internal departments
- Able to produce clear reports, progress updates, and site documentation
- Able to work under pressure, manage tight timelines, and multitask
- Willing to travel to site locations across Malaysia
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license
