Quantity Surveyor Executive


  • Conduct detailed cost estimates for telecommunication infrastructure projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
  • Collaborate with project managers to gather relevant information for accurate estimations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures to ensure they align with approved budgets.
  • Identify and analyze budget variances, providing recommendations for cost control measures.
  • Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and pricing schedules.
  • Evaluate and analyze contractor bids, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contracts with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with legal team to ensure contractual terms meet project needs.
  • Monitor and report on project costs throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with project teams to identify and address cost-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze project plans and designs to suggest value engineering options that optimize costs without compromising quality.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to cost factors and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Provide input to project risk management plans.
  • Prepare comprehensive quantity surveying reports for project stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project costs and financial status.
  • Maintain a database of costs, rates, and historical project data for reference in future estimates.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost databases.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and vendors, to address cost-related inquiries.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the telecommunication infrastructure sector.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with relevant software for quantity surveying and cost estimation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity take-offs and cost estimates.Strong work ethic and a proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
