JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Responsible, installation and maintenance of all IT Hardware, infrastructure, and services.
  2. Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  3. Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults in a timely manner.
  4. Escalate complex issues to the IT team or external vendors when necessary.
  5. Supporting the roll-out of new system and applications.
  6. Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
  7. Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
  8. Determine rationale and methods for upgrading company network software programs each time an update is released.
  9. Ensure task schedule are on track resolve with regular updates. Health check daily application and the data updates
  10. Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  11. Conduct routine checks to ensure proper functioning of hardware components.
  12. Install, configure, and update software applications. Provide guidance to end-users on usage and best practices.
  13. Troubleshoot software-related issues and coordinate with the IT team for resolution.
  14. Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Previous experience in a technical support or IT Executive role is preferred.
  3. Familiarity with operating systems, networking, and commonly used software applications.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  7. A proactive and customer-focused approach to technical support.
  8. Strong work ethic and a proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
